1.准备一条大毛巾,妈妈和宝宝坐在地面,二人脚对脚。
2.二人双手一起握住毛巾,身体轮流往前后屈伸及轮流往左右侧摇晃,感觉像在拔河或坐在摇晃的船中。
3.除此之外,宝宝也可坐在毛巾上,双手捉着毛巾,任由妈妈拉着走。此时,宝宝为了不让自己跌倒,便会用小手紧紧捉着毛巾、臂腰稳定却又放松。
